As the principal and founding director of Impact, Rod has over 15 years experience in consulting and over 10 years experience in running his own business.
Rod has also authored several books, articles and e-courses available on this web site. Rod has gained his management and training experience across a broad range of industries, from banking and finance, through wholesales and distribution to manufacturing and heavy engineering.
As a Senior Training and Development Consultant for a major
consultancy and prior to that, having established the training
function in a leading multinational, Rod has developed valuable
expertise in the following areas:

Rod loves to see learning transferred to on-the-job behaviour. This is reflected in his training style which is participant focused, fun and active. Peta has gained her management experience across a range of industries, particularly the service/tourism industry. Peta brings a wealth of experience to the Impact team - both from running her own training consultancy and prior to that as Operations Manager for Coral World International.
